• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

• Recording using mobile cameras or any other recording devices is strictly prohibited.
• The use of mobile phones is explicitly forbidden within the auditoriums.
• Outside food and beverages are prohibited within the cinema complex.
• Valid tickets must be in your possession throughout the entirety of your visit. Management reserves the right to refuse entry of a valid ticket for the designated showtime if requested.
• Admission rights are held by the management. The management retains the prerogative to deny entry or request the departure of any individual from the premises without the obligation to provide justification.
• Should you encounter an error during online booking, or if a booking confirmation message is not received from CUE Cinemas despite the amount being debited from your credit card, kindly submit a web query via our official website. We will then initiate the necessary procedures to facilitate a reimbursement of the charged amount from your bank. Please note that the reversal process is overseen by the bank and could take up to 21 business days. In such instances, your initial booking remains unconfirmed, and we advise against attending the cinema for said booking. If needed, please proceed to make a fresh booking.

• We retain the right, at our discretion and with or without prior notice, to modify, eliminate, amend, or retract any portion, element, or the entirety of the website services, either temporarily or permanently.
